Website UI jumps disrupt typing and attachments

I’m not sure if this is just my browser, but the website is very “jumpy.” The pages keep bouncing, which deselects anything I have highlighted. I often can’t start typing words on the first try because the page jumps while I’m typing. I also can’t attach files because the page jumps and the attachment window closes and won’t stay open. Even when trying to send a “Report an issue,” I have to type my message in Notes first, because when I start typing in the form, the cursor suddenly moves and continues my text in the chat message box instead. I’m hoping I’ll be able to paste this in and send it. Has anyone else reported this issue today?
